Masonry mixtures

Masonry mortar, manufactured industrially in the form of a dry mixture with mineral binding fillers and agents. After mixing with water forms a homogeneous adhesive mass of grey colour. Water resistant. Frost resistant.

Prevents the occurrence of thermal bridges in the seams between the elements of buildings. Water resistant. Frost resistant.

Thin-layer masonry mortar, manufactured industrially in the form of a dry mixture with mineral binding fillers and modifying agents. After mixing with water forms a homogeneous adhesive mass of grey colour. Suitable for interior and exterior use.

Dry mortar mixture, consisting of cement, sand and various additives used in construction for the adhesion of stone and concrete blocks, bricks, casting of foundation and construction of concrete structures. The market presents a huge amount of dry mortars with various additives that define the area of application, as well as the quality and strength of adhesion.

Use of construction masonry mixtures

The sphere of application of mortar mixtures includes masonry of foam concrete, silicate blocks, stones, and bricks, leveling of seams and joints, as well as the production of screeds.

Cement masonry mortar

This type of mortar is cold-resistant, has high adhesion and waterproofing. Masonry mixtures with such properties prevent the penetration of moisture into the ceiling, destroying it from within. Cement masonry mixtures have high resistance to compression. This type of masonry mortar is well suited for walls, on which high load is suggested.

Cement-lime masonry mortar

This type of mortar has the best thermal insulation properties; this is achieved by adding granules of expanded polystyrene, expanded clay or perlite into the mixture. Although the insulating properties of the cement-lime mortar outperform those of cement, the strength of such a mixture is less. According to GOST such a mixture can be used in the construction of walls in a single layer. Among additional advantages of cement mortar it is worth noting the significant coefficient of plasticity and durability. Such a mixture is applied quickly and easily. Based on the expected load to be distributed over the wall, one or the other mixture or combination of masonry mixtures is chosen. When choosing, it is necessary to take into account the main characteristics of masonry mortar, i.e. plasticity, waterproofing properties, durability, resistance to compression, adhesion properties.
